Langara World Community Film Festival

STRONG COFFEE was screened on February 14th, 2009 in Vancouver, British Columbia at Langara College as part of the Vancouver leg of the World Community Film Festival. The festival is a project of CoDevelopment Canada (CoDev), a non-profit agency that has spent more than 20 years building partnerships for global justice. It works for social change and global education in the Americas. This year's theme, Acts of Hope and Courage, includes films on food security, women's issues, human rights, environmental issues, international solidarity, and music for social change.
